Hey there! My name is Chelsea, and I'm a beach girl at heart, born and raised in a small town called Nags Head, off the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Growing up in a beach town, my childhood memories were filled with sunny days spent at the beach and playing dress-up with my little sister in my mom's closet. We would dive into her jewelry trunk, exploring all the treasures she had collected over the years. I was captivated by the beauty of jewelry and the stories behind each piece. As I grew older, my love for jewelry and travel only intensified. Whenever my family and I went on trips, we would always pick out a piece of jewelry as a memento of our adventures. When it came time for my high school graduation, my mom gave me the opportunity to design my own graduation ring. I jumped at the chance because I wanted something unique and special. Working with a talented designer from California, I created a ring that was truly one-of-a-kind. I still wear it proudly today, knowing that no one else in the world has the same ring. After high school, I pursued a cosmetology license, but I soon realized that it wasn’t the creative outlet I was searching for. I knew there was much more out there in the world that I would be more passionate about. This realization led me to explore different paths, and it was during this journey that I discovered my true calling in the jewelry industry. A little under a decade ago, I made the life-changing decision to move to Austin, Texas, in search of a fresh start. It was there that I discovered my true passion for helping others and found my way into the jewelry industry. Working alongside experienced professionals and becoming GIA certified, I honed my skills and started designing my own jewelry. It was like a flame was lit inside me, and I knew I had found my calling. In addition to my love for jewelry, I have a deep passion for travel and a curiosity to explore the world and its diverse cultures. Through my journeys, I have gained invaluable inspiration and design ideas for my jewelry creations, as I immerse myself in different cultures and embrace new perspectives. Traveling is not just a hobby for me; it is a vital source of inspiration and personal growth that fuels my creativity in jewelry design. What I love most about designing jewelry is the entire process. From sketching out ideas to bringing them to life through CAD design and finally crafting the piece, every step fills me with joy. But the best part is seeing the smiles on my customers' faces when they see the finished product. Being a part of their love stories and creating meaningful, high-quality pieces that will last a lifetime is incredibly rewarding.
